Shipping policy

All standard deliveries are made via Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, or Direct Freight Express, depending on your location.

Express delivery is available for an extra charge at checkout.

We despatch all orders within 1 business day (or same day if ordered before 11am) from our Sydney warehouse, with a standard shipping time of 1-3 business days for metro cities, and 3-11 days for rural and regional areas.

Once an order has been despatched, a confirmation email will be sent and a tracking number provided. If your order is delayed, please check the status of your order via your respective courier's website before contacting us for an update, as we do not receive any additional shipping information.
