Refund policy

30 Day Returns

If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we offer a full refund on all items that are unopened / unused. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, complete, and have no damage to the product or packaging.
Customers must cover the return cost and contact us first for approval. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, our technician will inspect the item and a refund will be issued. If the product has been opened, damaged or missing parts, a $15 restocking fee will be subtracted from the total refund.
Express and additional shipping add-ons are not refundable.

Defective/faulty products

If you believe your item is defective or faulty, please contact us asap and include a photo or short video demonstrating the fault, along with a description of the problem. If we are not able to remedy the problem, a member of our support team will forward a pre paid return label to send the item back. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, our technician will inspect the item and a refund or replacement will be offered. If there is no fault found, a $15 restocking fee will be subtracted from the total refund.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you need to make a claim within the first 12 months of purchase please contact us via email or phone. We do not offer extended warranties or care packages on any items.
