Refunds and Exchange Policy

30 Day Returns

CHANGE OF MIND

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 30 days purchase if they meet the following:

  1. Item(s) must be in the same condition as received, with no marks, scratches or damage of any kind.
  2. Packaging must be complete and not damaged in any way, including any rips or tears to the cardboard.

To return an item:

  1. Make sure the item is fully secured and packaged appropriately. Affix a label to the package addressed to: Precision Audio Returns 670-676 Canterbury Rd, Belmore NSW 2192 and include your name or order number somewhere on the label.
  2. Contact us at info@precisionaudio.com.au and include your name and reason for return.
  3. Once received, our technician will inspect it and we will contact you with refund or exchange options.

Return costs are to be paid by the customer, we do not provide a label for change of mind returns. Calculate Australia Post return cost and delivery times

FAULTY ITEMS

All items include a full 12 month warranty.

If you have a faulty product, please contact us at info@precisionaudio.com.au and include a photo or video of the product fault along with a detailed explanation of the issue.

If we believe your item is faulty we will issue a pre paid return label for you to send the item back to us for a refund or replacement.

Alternatively we will offer further advice to rectify the problem.
