Refunds and Exchange Policy

CHANGE OF MIND
Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 30 days purchase if they meet the following:
- Item(s) must be in the same condition as received, with no marks, scratches or damage of any kind.
- Packaging must be complete and not damaged in any way, including any rips or tears to the cardboard.
To return an item:
- Make sure the item is fully secured and packaged appropriately. Affix a label to the package addressed to: Precision Audio Returns 670-676 Canterbury Rd, Belmore NSW 2192 and include your name or order number somewhere on the label.
- Contact us at info@precisionaudio.com.au and include your name and reason for return.
- Once received, our technician will inspect it and we will contact you with refund or exchange options.
Return costs are to be paid by the customer, we do not provide a label for change of mind returns. Calculate Australia Post return cost and delivery times
FAULTY ITEMS
All items include a full 12 month warranty.
If you have a faulty product, please contact us at info@precisionaudio.com.au and include a photo or video of the product fault along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
If we believe your item is faulty we will issue a pre paid return label for you to send the item back to us for a refund or replacement.
Alternatively we will offer further advice to rectify the problem.
