Refunds and Exchange Policy

30 Day Returns


Products may be returned within the first 30 days purchase for a refund or exchange if there are no marks, scratches, rips, tears or damage of any kind, including all packaging. Item must remain in the condition it was sent in.

We do not cover the return shipping cost if you wish to exchange an item.

Defective/faulty products

If you believe your item is defective or faulty, please contact us asap and include a  photo showing all damage and a description of the fault. In this case a member of our support team will speak with you to organise the return shipping of the item.


We offer a 12 month warranty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you need to make a claim within the first 12 months of purchase please contact us via email or phone. We do offer extended warranties or care packages on any items.
