We dispatch all orders from our Sydney warehouse within one business day of purchase.

Once your order is dispatched you can expect it within the following timeframe:

NSW, VIC, ACT & QLD: 2-4 business days

SA, NT, WA & TAS: 3-8 business days

Tracking numbers are provided once your item is dispatched. You will receive an email with your order summary and a tracking number. Please refer back to this email for any tracking enquires.

Most items arrive within 4 days of their estimated arrival date. If your item has not arrived within this time please follow the steps below:

1. Track your item online using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch.


2. Contact Australia Post (or the courier company assigned to your order) on 137678 or submit an online enquiry at and have your tracking number ready. They will provide an update on your items whereabouts.

Please note delivery times are estimates only and delays can sometimes occur. Once an order is dispatched we have no control over the delivery process.


If your item is damaged on arrival please take photos of all damaged parts, including packaging and contact us with a description of the item.

All items include with a 12 month warranty.
If you have a faulty item please take photos or a video of the damage / fault and contact us with a brief explanation of the issue. In some cases we will need the item returned so please do not dispose of any parts before contacting us.

Once you have contacted us with your fault / damage claim we will assess the issue and provide more details on a replacement or exchange.
If required you may be asked to return a damaged item in which case a refund or exchange will be made available once the item is returned back to us. Please note shipping times may vary according to your location.

You can return your item within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unopened, and be in its original packaging with no marks / scratches / damage of any kind. Please contact us for before returning any item.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on microphones and earphones due to health and safety regulations.

If your address was incorrectly entered and the item is unable to be delivered it will automatically be returned to us. Please note an additional shipping cost will apply for the re-delivery of your order. You may also choose to have the order refunded if you do not want the item re-delivered. Please note refunds and re-delivery's can only occur once the item has been returned back to us.

Occasionally the courier may leave a card at your door if no one is home to accept delivery. The item will then be taken to your local post office for collection. Please keep an eye on your tracking for details on where your item has been taken as they may only hold your order for up to 7 days. If the item has not been collected within an appropriate timeframe it will be returned back to us. In this case a re-delivery fee will apply or a refund will be issued.
