The original lasted a fair number of years so I replaced it with the same model DC 170 series 2., The beauty of it is that if you are expecting a special delivery parcel you can take the chime unit with you even if you are in the backyard It also has different chime selections. I thought it was excellent value from Precision Audio even with postage cheaper that I could have purchased it locally direct.
