Yes, we are open to the public Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Come in and see us for our absolute best price. All reasonable offers will be considered. We accept cash and all major credit cards in-store. (surcharge applies to credit card transactions)

We dispatch all orders from our Sydney warehouse within one business day of purchase.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Once your order is dispatched you can expect it within the following timeframe:

NSW, VIC, ACT & QLD: 2-4 business days

SA, NT, WA & TAS: 3-8 business days

How Can I Track My Order?

My Order Is Late / Delayed

Most items arrive within 4 days of their estimated arrival date. If your item has not arrived within this time please follow the steps below:
1. Track your item online using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch.

Item Damaged Upon Arrival

If your item is damaged on arrival please take photos of all damaged parts, including packaging and contact us with a description of the item.

My Item Is Faulty

All items include a full 12 month warranty.
While rare, wiring and component faults are possible in the manufacturing process. If you have a faulty item please take photos or a video of the damage / fault and contact us with a brief explanation of the issue. In some cases we will need the item returned so please do not dispose of any parts before contacting us.

How Do I Get An Exchange / Refund?

Once you have contacted us with your fault / damage claim we will assess the issue and provide more details on a replacement or exchange.
If required you may be asked to return a damaged item in which case a refund or exchange will be made available once the item is returned back to us. Please note shipping times may vary according to your location.

How Long Do I Have To Return?

You can return your item within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unopened, and be in its original packaging with no marks / scratches / damage of any kind. Please contact us for before returning any item.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on microphones and earphones due to health and safety regulations.
