I bought an electric guitar softcase. It came with a small tear in a part of the stitching. The overall quality of the product was reasonable quality given the price. I emailed the seller immediately and sent photos of the problem. They refunded my money the next day, which I must admit caught me by surprise. Usually trying to get a refund can take weeks and can be a hassle to deal with. But these guys did it straight away with no further questions asked, making my life so much easier. I have enough things to deal with already without having to stress over a refund. Thank you so much.
